The Ngilngig Film Forum Series (NFS) invites filmmakers and the general public to talks by industry professionals and professionals working in other disciplines about intersectional issues in film, filmmaking, and society. The NFFS aims to develop the filmmakers’ criticality and praxis through in-depth and critical discourse of issues in and outside of film communities. NFFS will be conducted pre-festival in September and in October during the Festival. Other topics will be announced throughout the year.
The 2019 Ngilngig Filmmakers Development Program is presented by Pasalidahay, co-presented by Balud Art Network, in partnership with Micromedia Digital Video Productions, Swito Innovation Hub Coworking and Makerspace, and Film Development Council of the Philippines with the support from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts
